I am primarily a private pay practice, with sessions priced at $165 per hour.
However, I also work with Headway to offer access to care through insurance. You can check my profile on Headway here to see if I accept your insurance plan, as there are a limited number of insurance spots available.
If I don’t accept your insurance plan or if only private pay spots are available, I can provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
If insurance is essential, I'm happy to add you to the waitlist or refer you to another provider who accepts your plan.

My primary goal during the intake session and the first couple of follow-up sessions is to build trust and create a sense of safety. As we go through the intake, I’ll review important boundaries and expectations to ensure we're on the same page about working together. My approach is always trauma-informed, which means I make sure to leave plenty of space for you to ask questions and share your preferences.
From there, I tailor future sessions to your individual needs and goals — there’s no one-size-fits-all approach here. I draw from various modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Expressive Arts, and Attachment-Focused therapy, to best support you and your journey.
